Featherlocks feather hair extensions were developed in the creative mind of a hair stylist through her unique expression of style and love for the art of hair. The method of attaching feathers to hair was the most important part of the concept, as many extensions actually damage the integrity of your hair. Featherlocks created the individual feathers with a silicone-lined microbead, which ensures no damage to the hair. It is not only easy on your hair but are both simple to install and remove.

 

Featherlocks feather hair extensions are made of only the highest quality feathers. Made to last, Featherlocks will not fatigue under styling conditions.  They can be washed, dried, flat-ironed or curled. While they can stay in hair for up to 8 weeks, Featherlocks last a lifetime and can be used over and over again without losing integrity or luster. Featherlocks are available in a vast array of colors and patterns and are sold in lengths of 8-16 inches and can be cut just like hair.

How long do Featherlocks last?

They last for about six weeks or until the bead grows out. The feather can be reused.

How do I take care of my Featherlocks?

Just as you would your own hair. You can shampoo, blow dry, flatiron, or curl your Featherlocks with your hair.

How are Featherlocks applied to the hair?

Featherlocks feather hair extensions are applied with a microbead containing a silicone interior that protects your hair from damage and holds the feather in place.

Can I color my hair with the Featherlocks in?

Yes.  Featherlocks can be easily removed and then reapplied after your hair has been colored.

Can the Featherlocks be cut to match my hair length?

Yes. A feather razor is suggested when cutting Featherlocks.
